Reserve Your Wedding Date
We are so excited about the possibility of being part of your wedding day.
To officially reserve your date, please complete the agreement below and submit your retainer payment immediately afterward.
Dates are reserved only after both the completed agreement and retainer payment have been received.
Because we accept a limited number of weddings each season, reservations are accepted on a first completed basis.

Your wedding date is officially reserved only after payment is received.
Reservation & Retainer Policy
A non-refundable, non-transferable $500 retainer is required to officially reserve your wedding date and will be applied toward your final balance, due two weeks prior to the wedding.
Wedding dates are reserved only after both the completed agreement and retainer payment have been received.
In the event that your wedding date is postponed or canceled for any reason, the original retainer will be forfeited and a new retainer will be required to reserve a future date.
Cancellations made within 60 days of the wedding date may result in the client being responsible for the full contracted balance.
Wedding Planning Process
Approximately two months prior to the wedding, you will receive a detailed Countdown Checklist Form to finalize all wedding morning details, service counts, timing, locations, and any additional stylists or artists required for your event.
Approximately one month prior to the wedding, you will receive a Bridal Beauty Prep Guide to share with everyone receiving services so the entire bridal party feels fully prepared and ready for the wedding morning experience.
Emergencies & Unforeseen Circumstances
In the rare event of illness, family emergency, accident, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, Ali Gagnon of Long Island Makeup & Hair will make every reasonable effort to secure a replacement artist of comparable skill and professionalism.
The client understands that certain circumstances beyond control may affect artist availability, including but not limited to illness, accidents, natural disasters, government restrictions, acts of God, travel interruptions, or other emergencies.
If a comparable replacement artist cannot be secured, all monies paid toward contracted services, including the retainer, will be refunded in full.
The client agrees to release Ali Gagnon and Long Island Makeup & Hair from liability related to services performed by a replacement artist or the inability to secure a replacement artist under extraordinary circumstances.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible experience and schedule flow, all participants receiving services should arrive prepared and available at their scheduled service time.
The client is responsible for informing the artist of any known allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or skin concerns prior to services being performed.
Long Island Makeup & Hair is not responsible for delays caused by late arrivals, unprepared participants, weather conditions, venue restrictions, or circumstances outside of reasonable control.
A late fee of $25 may be applied for every additional 30 minutes of delay caused by client or participant lateness. Services may be adjusted or canceled at the sole discretion of the artist if delays interfere with the contracted schedule.
Photography & Marketing Release
Long Island Makeup & Hair may photograph completed services for portfolio, website, social media, educational, or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client prior to the wedding date.
Liability
While every effort is made to provide exceptional and long-lasting beauty services, Long Island Makeup & Hair is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, weather-related wear, equipment malfunction, photogenic results, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
By securing services, the client agrees to release and hold harmless Ali Gagnon and Long Island Makeup & Hair from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses related to services provided.
Payment Schedule
The remaining balance for services is due two weeks prior to the wedding date.
Final balances reflect confirmed services, artists, timing, and location details.
Weekend& Holiday Minimums
Weekend and holiday bookings require a minimum service total of $1,000:
Minimums may be met through bridal services, bridal party services, or a combination of both.
On-Location Services
All services are provided on-location at your home, hotel, or venue.
